What You Can Expect
If your golf cart is on the fritz, you may be worried you won’t be able to use it for weeks to even months. Fortunately, our technicians work quickly so you’ll have your golf cart back in short order. Plus, with your cart warranty, you may be able to save more than you’d expect on repairs—so don’t forget to check! Here’s an example of a typical service interaction:
- After you reach out with a service request, our team will get back in touch to ask for more details on your cart.
- We’ll arrange to either pick up your cart from your home or for you to bring your cart in for service—the choice is up to you!
- Our technicians will assess your cart and come back to you via call about what’s going on with your cart, how they can fix it and the estimated price. Once you give your okay, we’ll get to work.
- Once your cart has been taken care of, we’ll either drop it off at your house or you can come pick it up from us. Again, it’s your choice!
